Disclosures on Sustainability

The EU Regulation creates legal uncertainty. This is the verdict reached by cep's financial market experts in their assessment. From their point of view, several disclosure rules are imprecise, so it is unclear whether they only contain a general disclosure obligation or an effective obligation for financial market participants to include sustainability issues.
