Coordination of Social Security Systems (cepInput)

From the cep's point of view, the right to take unemployment benefits to another EU country should continue to be mandatory for only three months and the states should be able to decide on a longer period. An unemployed person should be entitled to unemployment benefits from the state in which he or she last completed the relevant qualification period. States should be able to determine the duration of the qualification period for entitlement to unemployment benefits themselves.
