European strategy for artificial intelligence (cepAdhoc)

The leaked White Paper outlines weaknesses in the current legislation and introduces three main regulatory options for future action on AI. These options are a voluntary labelling scheme, sectorial requirements for public authorities and mandatory requirements for high-risk AI applications.
