cepPolicyBrief
Instead of simply restating non-binding ideas on external aviation policy, the EU Commission should finally make concrete legislative proposals. The creation of a Single European Sky reduces costs for airlines and thereby the price of flights. Relaxing the rules on the ownership and control of airlines increases Europe's attractiveness as a business location.
